- SANDBLASTING TO PREPARE FOR POWDERS.
- HOT AIR DRYING - VAPOUR DRYING
- VAPORISATION DRYING
FEATURES OF THE STATION :
- 4 washing tracks
- 6 high pressure pumps feeding 15 motorised washing heads with cold water and hot water at 95° C, pressure adjustable to 150 bars, including two to 250 bars.
- 2 pumps for special detergents
- 2 vapour generator
- 3 washing points with hoses, 3 steam supply points for reheating
WATER AND STEAM TREATMENT :
Pre-treatement of waste water and routing of waste water by Society which is specialized in the destruction (BSDI)
QUALITY CERTIFICATION
The society is a member of the APLICA Assiociation and is evaluated by the SQAS
The station has a manual to guarantee the quality of service in accordance with safety procedures for tanker cleaning operations.
Provision of a washing certificate guaranteeing compliance with the cleaning procedures required by load providers. Installations classified for environmental protection by Prefecture Order No. 526.
